Large Duamutef amulet in blue glazed earthenware highlighted with black.
Kebehsenouf is the falcon-headed deity, son of Horus and protector of the dead, guardian of the canopic jar containing the intestines of the deceased whom he protects.
Turquoise earthenware, some parts of the head are highlighted in black and in relief.
The amulet has two holes for mounting.
Ancient Egypt, Late Period, 36th to 31st Dynasty, 664/332 BC.
